Second, the arbitrary revenue limits set in 1972 make no sense and should be abolished. If the revenue limits have to stay, they should at least be indexed to inflation.

Wisconsin is facing a housing crisis. One of the most underappreciated parts of this problem is the rent crisis. Avery proposes enacting laws that would limit the amount landlords can raise rent year over year to promote transparency for renters.

Avery thinks unions are the best way to ensure that every worker is treated and compensated fairly. As such, Avery supports all measures to strengthen unions, including repealing the so-called right to work law.

He strongly supports programs that seek to provide comprehensive healthcare, housing, and vocational support for our veterans.
